Migrating to Australia

All issues regarding visa applications to Australia should be addressed to the Europe Service Centre in London (+44 20 7420 3690) which gives information in English, French, Italian and Spanish. Opening hours: 9:00 to 16:00 (CET) Monday to Friday (except English and Australian public holidays)

Please check the Australian Immigration website in relation to Migration agents: http://www.immi.gov.au/visas/migration-agents/ which states the following:

“If you choose to use a migration agent, you should use a registered migration agent. In Australia, agents must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA): https://www.mara.gov.au/.
